About The Role

Kramer is looking for a Product Manager to lead Kramer’s Panta Rhei – the Next Generation Audio-Visual Ecosystem Platform.

We are looking for a passionate product leader with experience in leading large technology-intensive product portfolio in the field of audio-visual experiences. The qualified candidate will lead our new cloud-based audio-video platform.

  • Define product strategy and translate it to innovative products portfolio and products roadmap
  • Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for development by R&D and engineering teams
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
  • Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, operations, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Panta Rhei across primary market segments. Create a winning product, effective value propositions and product campaigns to meet sales targets
  • High engagement with customers

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Exact Sciences
  • MBA – Significant advantage
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years as product manager of software products in a dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in software/Saas solutions/Software and hardware solutions/Networking Solutions - Advantage
  • Proven experience in defining new product strategies and business plans
  • Proven ability to create value for customers through product portfolios
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Willingness to frequently travel abroad
