We are seeking a dynamic and multilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our passionate team and contribute to the growth of our international client base. We are looking for a person who has a good command of English and a native level of one of the following languages; French or German in order to Communicate effectively with clients in various countries in EMEA.

- Product Knowledge:
- Acquire knowledge of our Audio Visual products and services to articulate features and benefits to potential customers
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide informed recommendations
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales
- Provide pre-sales support by answering product-related queries and guiding customers through the sales process
- Order Processing:
- Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth order fulfillment
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Collaborate with other teams to address customer concerns and ensure overall satisfaction
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities in the CRM system
- Fluency in one or more of the following languages: English, French or German
- Nice to have; experience in inside sales, preferably in the Audio Visual Industry
- Tech-savvy with a passion for staying updated on industry trends
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
