About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team and work out of the Kramer Airport City, Israel. This position will provide technical assistance and answer users’ questions by troubleshooting AV equipment issues.

What will your job look like?

  • Identifies, investigates, and resolves users’ problems with AV equipment or software.
  • Troubleshoots with through calls, emails, and/or other communication regarding hardware, software programming, connectivity, and similar.
  • Consults with users to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem.
  • Applies knowledge of software, hardware, and procedures to solve problems.
  • Guides users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions.
  • Collaborates with other staff to research and resolve problems.
  • Remote support from Kramer office. Up to 20% on-site.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service disposition.
  • Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software.
  • At least 4 years of experience in customer technical support, remote and on-site.
  • Bachelor’s degree/Practical Engineers in Electronics/Computer Science or related field.
  • Pro AV certifications – big advantage
  • Proficient in English.
