About The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Manager to lead our global IT. As an IT Manager, you will report to the CIO and will be responsible for our infrastructure, security and service desk globally. Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and integration of new technology solutions, ensuring that they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget
• Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and IT systems
• Provide leadership and direction to the IT team, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality services to the business
• Identify emerging technology trends and assess their potential impact on the company's operations
• Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Ensure meeting compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including data privacy and security regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior IT leadership role in a global organization
• Strong understanding of IT operations and infrastructure, including network design and architecture, cloud computing, cybersecurity
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex technology initiatives from conception to implementation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, including data privacy and security regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
