About The RoleWe are looking for Product Line Manager (PLM) to lead Kramer’s portfolio of Audio-Visual products.Passionate and self-motivated product leader with 5-8 years of experience in similar position.Highly innovated with substantial technical relevant knowledge, i.e., in Video distribution, Control, Networking, Audio, etc.Capable to define a winning product & strategy and to engage and collaborate with all departments (R&D, sales and Marketing WW) Requirements

• B.Sc. In EE/Computer Engineering
• MBA is an advantage.
• Proven experience of defining new products in ProAV market with focus on HW - is big advantage.
• Autodidact and highly motivated person
• Team player
• Exceptional communication skills in English
