About The RoleWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Pro-AV solution architect that would join our solution architect team. Main Responsibilities

• Analyzing and defining customer’s use cases and needs, requirements, and compelling event.
• Designing Kramer-based competitive solutions that best fit the customer’s needs, including solution architecture, diagrams, BOM, solution description, presentations and more, based on Kramer products as well as partner’s complementing products.
• Staging & testing of the solutions in the solution’s lab, requires hands-on work on the actual products and solution as well as preparing internal reports & documentation on the products & solutions.
• Preparing marketing collaterals emphasizing Kramer’s value proposition including presentations, webinars, solution briefs, solution catalog, web site and more – working with the marketing & sales enablement teams of Kramer.
• Capacitating Kramer’s local and regional solution architects, SEs & support teams on new products & solutions.
• Become a knowledge center on Kramer’s solutions including understanding of the competitive landscape and Kramer’s unique value proposition.
• Test and certificate partner’s products as part of the Kramer eco system.

Professional Requirements

• Experience in professional audio-visual systems such as Kramer, Crestron, Extron and others, including solution design and hands-on experience – a must !
• Knowledge and experience in collaboration solutions, command and control rooms, video-wall implementations, AVoIP including planning and implementation.
• Knowledge of audio systems including Dante systems and architecture – an advantage.
• Experience in XTEN-AV / Visio / AutoCAD planning tools.
• Experience as a product manager or solution architect – a great advantage.

Required Soft Skills

• Fluent in spoken and written English including technical English – ability to read complex technical documents and write technical and marketing documents – a must!
• Customer-obsessed independent, problem solver with a “can do approach.”
• A team player with passion to help and support.
• Representable person that can stand in front of customers both technical and C-level and deliver a message.

Job characteristics

• Multiple interfaces within the company – sales, pre-sales, product managers, customers support etc.
• Interfaces with Kramer’s distributors, system integrators and partners
• Willingness to 25% travel
• Reporting to the Director of solution architecture in HQ
