About The RoleWe are looking for a passionate and experienced Content manager and SEO lead to join our team. This position will be responsible for creating, improving, analyzing, and maintaining content production in line with business objectives. Responsibilities
  • Work with the content writing, graphic design, web development, and social media teams to plan, create, repurpose, and distribute content.
  • Develop a comprehensive content strategy aligned with short and long term marketing targets, across multiple platforms, including the company website and social media platforms
  • Identify internal and external content contributors, to generate engaging content for thought leadership pieces
  • Develop and execute content marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, leads, and customer retention, while ensuring consistency of brand voice, style, and tone across all content
  • Implement SEO best practices to ensure all content ranks well, and demonstrates an understanding of its target audience
  • Use GA, GTM, HubSpot and other analytic tools to review and search performance reports to assess the success of content marketing initiatives and monitor their effectiveness over time
  • Perform regular content audits to ensure content is accurate, optimized, updated, and relevant to the target audience and channel
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content
  • Stay up to date with best practices and developments, review competitors’ website, communications and social channels to identify gaps in content and keywords, and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention
  • Brainstorming new content ideas alongside the larger creative and marketing team
  • Managing relationships with external suppliers
Requirements And Skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a content manager in a technological, global, B2B organization
  • English native speaker
  • BA in communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field – an advantage
  • Excellent copywriting skills and ability to develop original content
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tactics
  • Experience with social media and marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency with content management systems, WordPress and HubSpot
  • Excellent knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly developed creativity and attention to details
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment and under deadlines
  • Strong project management skills
