Agilus is recruiting for a Maintenance and Building Operator in the Property Management industry in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for property maintenance? Join a dynamic team at one of Victoria’s most iconic mixed-use developments. As a Maintenance + Building Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the property runs smoothly and looks its best every day.
A typical day:
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and building infrastructure
- Conduct minor plumbing, painting, and drywall repairs
- Maintain property features including water elements, parking areas, and seasonal décor
- Support marketing events with setup and takedown
- Perform regular inspections and respond to maintenance issues
- Operate and maintain small engines and power tools
- Shift is 10:30am to 7pm Sunday to Thursday
Successful candidates will have:
- Valid BC Driver’s License with clean abstract - Own reliable vehicle an asset
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, maintenance software)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting ability
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Maintenance experience is an asset
Total rewards:
- $57000.00 - $67000.00 annually
