Agilus is recruiting for a Maintenance and Building Operator in the Property Management industry in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for property maintenance? Join a dynamic team at one of Victoria’s most iconic mixed-use developments. As a Maintenance + Building Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the property runs smoothly and looks its best every day.
A typical day:

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and building infrastructure
• Conduct minor plumbing, painting, and drywall repairs
• Maintain property features including water elements, parking areas, and seasonal décor
• Support marketing events with setup and takedown
• Perform regular inspections and respond to maintenance issues
• Operate and maintain small engines and power tools
• Shift is 10:30am to 7pm Sunday to Thursday

Successful candidates will have:

• Valid BC Driver’s License with clean abstract - Own reliable vehicle an asset
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, maintenance software)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting ability
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Maintenance experience is an asset

Total rewards:

• $57000.00 - $67000.00 annually
