Job Summary

We are looking for a multi-skilled Property Maintenance & Equipment Operator who can handle a variety of tasks including handyman work, landscaping projects, and equipment operation. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key ResponsibilitiesHandyman & Maintenance Tasks

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and structures
• Basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
• Painting, drywall repair, and general building maintenance
• Installation and repair of fixtures, hardware, and equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility maintenance issues

Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance

• Maintain lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas
• Plant installation and care
• Pruning, weeding, and general garden maintenance
• Irrigation system maintenance and repair
• Seasonal cleanup and preparation
• Snow removal and winter maintenance

Equipment Operation

• Operate skid steer loader safely and efficiently
• Use and maintain small equipment including mowers, trimmers, and power tools
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety checks
• Transport equipment to various job sites

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in handyman, maintenance, or landscaping work
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Proven experience operating skid steer and small equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Basic hand and power tool proficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,604.49-$111,343.21 per year
