Building Operator

$26.00 per hour

You will be responsible for overseeing daily building operations, ensuring the safety and functionality of critical systems, and coordinating with vendors and contractors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the on-site point of contact for all facilities requests, vendor interactions, and invoice management.
• Coordinate and conduct site inspections and respond to service calls.
• Oversee the operation of all building systems (locks, doors, hardware, cameras), HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and emergency power systems.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies if necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in building or facilities management.
• Flexibility to handle after-hours emergencies.
• Clean criminal record check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
