Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all building systems are functioning efficiently while providing exceptional customer service to our tenants and clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and service providers.

Duties

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the facilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment for all occupants.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track maintenance requests, schedules, and inventory.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all building systems.
• Negotiate contracts with service providers and vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Oversee property management tasks including tenant relations, lease administration, and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of facility operations, including maintenance logs, inspections, and repairs.
• Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication and responsiveness to tenant needs.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the facilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship management.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient in office administration tasks including filing and documentation management.
• Experience in sales or negotiation is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
