Overview
AdhMor Ltd. is an Oilfield Waste Management Company serving the Athabasca OilSands region south of Fort McMurray. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Facility Operator to join our team with an immediate start date.

The Facility Operator position is responsible for the day-to-day smooth and safe and customer service-oriented operations of our waste treatment facility, processing, and water injection. The Operator will actively assist with standard operating procedures, hazard assessments, safety programs and environment protection. The candidate for this position will also be responsible for maintaining equipment and system, troubleshooting issues, and perfoMing necessary repairs. This role requires a strong mechanical background and the ability to work with various industrial systems.

Duties

• Operate and monitor facility equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and systems.
• Conduct inspections of equipment to identify potential problems before they escalate.
• Collaborate with team members to execute planned maintenance schedules effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial maintenance preferred
• Proficiency in the operations and repairing of pumps, valves and other oilfield waste processing equipment
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects as required by the job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
