Bridge Facility Services Ltd is growing again. We provide temporary and permanent building operators to commercial, retail, and industrial landlords, managers, and owners throughout GVRD, and South Vancouver Island. Many of our staff have graduated to work with our clients on a full time basis.

We are looking to fill this role of a building operator for multiple sites in the Vancouver area, providing permanent coverage. This role will lead to the direct hiring with our valued client.

Requirements:

• Vehicle & 5th Class BC Drivers License
• Common sense, mechanical ability, and building operator experience.
• Willing to take direction from clients and management.
• Knowledge on chillers, boilers, DDC systems, basic plumbing, and electrical (Light changes, reset breakers Etc.)
• Knows how to work a smart phone and communicate via email, text and various work order platforms.
• Communication skills verbally and written, with tenants, clients, and management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 per hour
