We, at FFM, are a sustainable, modern agricultural company, are seeking a dedicated and skilled Facility Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in industrial maintenance, enabling them to effectively manage and maintain facility operations. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to analyze systems for optimal performance. The Facility Operator will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall productivity of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor facility equipment, ensuring all systems function correctly.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, including welding tasks as necessary.
• Analyze schematics and logic controllers to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any operational inquiries or concerns.
• Assist in the boiling processes as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to maintain various types of equipment.
• Familiarity with low voltage systems and their operation is advantageous.
• Experience in analyzing schematics and troubleshooting logic controllers is highly valued.
• Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to quality interactions.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
