Equipment Operator/ Property Enhancement Supervisor
About Us:
Superb Group is a fast-growing, team-focused landscaping company specializing in Commercial, Industrial, and Multi-Residential properties. We are looking for a skilled Equipment Operator to join our Property Enhancement division. This full-time, year-round role is perfect for someone experienced in operating landscaping machinery while also being willing to assist with manual tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Oversee and lead property enhancement projects, including but not limited to mulch installation, tree removal, exaction, trenching, power sweeping, planting, river rock placement, sod prep and installation, and garden makeovers.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate skid steers, excavators, loaders, and other landscape-related machinery for enhancement projects.
- Material Handling: Load, transport, and distribute materials safely and effectively.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and direct crew members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Job Preparation: Organize tools, equipment, and materials required for each project and ensure readiness before heading to job sites.
- Work Execution: Actively participate in enhancement tasks alongside the crew, ensuring work is done to Superb Group’s quality standards. Assist the team with hands- on tasks when not operating.
- Site Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of projects to ensure all work meets or exceeds expectations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that tools and equipment are used properly and maintained regularly.
- Safety Protocols: Promote and enforce adherence to safety standards and procedures on job sites.
- Problem Solving: Identify challenges or obstacles during projects and implement effective solutions.
- Documentation: Submit daily reports and updates on project progress and crew performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 2+ years operating landscaping or construction equipment (e.g., skid steers, mini-excavators, loaders).
- 2+ years of experience in property enhancement/landscaping, including tasks like mulch installation, planting, tree/shrub removal, and sod installation.
- 1+ year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong understanding of landscape enhancement techniques and materials.
- Strong understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read site plans and execute grading/installation tasks with precision.
- Willingness to assist with manual labor tasks as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in various weather conditions.
- Requirements:
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid G driver’s license.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
