BUILDING OPERATORS - We are seeking Building Operators to join our team. Responsibilities include: perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and life safety systems and facilities; respond to tenant service calls such changing lights, heating/cooling calls, etc., in a timely and professional manner. Must have valid driver’s license, minimum 3 years of experience in building operations, experience in commercial/office/industrial environment, familiar with safety and fire codes and WHMIS procedures.
