Role Overview:
As the Maintenance Lead, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall condition and appearance of our property. In addition to overseeing daily inspections and managing preventative maintenance programs, you will utilize your expertise in drywall installation and repair to address any maintenance needs promptly. A basic understanding of HVAC systems will also be beneficial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs for guest rooms, public areas, and building systems.
• Utilize drywall expertise to perform installation and repair as needed throughout the property.
• Provide leadership and training to maintenance staff, ensuring high-quality work performance.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership on project planning, resource management, and vendor relations.
• Participate in occupational health and safety initiatives and committee meetings.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in building operations, management, and general maintenance, with expertise in drywall installation and repair.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and be on-call for emergencies.
• Commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
