As a Building Operator, you will ensure that the facility is well maintained to meet our members’ needs. You have a natural mechanical inclination and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Are you the right fit?

• Demonstrated experience in general mechanical maintenance and repairs
• Basic HVAC and plumbing knowledge
• Experience working with and directing contract service providers
• Proven time management and organizational skills

What else do you need?

• 2-4 years’ experience in skilled trades and/or building maintenance
• Strong customer service, communication and Interpersonal skills
• Emergency First Aid and CPR C (can provide in house)
• Pool Operators Certification and experience*
• Scissor Lift Operator*

Asset

• Class 5 Power Engineer certification

• Employer provided training available
