Solventum is seeking Facility Operations (Maintenance) Administrator candidates to join our team in Morden, MB!

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Facility Operations (Maintenance) Administrator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Assisting PM Coordinator with standard daily tasks:

  • Printing, scheduling, and distributing upcoming PMs

  • Ensuring on-time completion of PMs

  • Filing completed PMs

• Assisting MRO Coordinator with standard daily tasks:

  • Receiving material; issuing, distributing, or storing in the appropriate location

  • Creating and maintaining labeling for stocked items using in-house labeling software

  • Supporting cycle counting activities within the stockroom

• General housekeeping of Maintenance work areas and stockrooms

• Performing additional administrative duties as assigned through the Maintenance and Engineering departments

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Technical Diploma and/or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology or higher from an accredited institution

• Stockroom experience

• Preventative maintenance experience

• Proficient with Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, etc.)

• Working knowledge of ERP software (e.g. SAP)

• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical parts

• Ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts

• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Self-motivated individual that can work well in a team environment as well as independently

• Hands-on mechanical maintenance experience

Work location:

• On-site: Mordon, MB – 400 Route 100, Morden, MB R6M 1Z9

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
