Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others on-site.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
• Operate hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents.
• Support skilled tradespeople with tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and concrete pouring.
• Perform basic measurements and assist in layout tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met.

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Basic knowledge of construction methods and tools is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact with supervisors and co-workers effectively.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship on all tasks.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
