Now Hiring: Roofer / Roofing Labourer – Shingling Focus (Full-Time)
Based out of Ajax, ON – On-Site & On-the-Road

We’re looking for a hard-working roofer or experienced roofing labourer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has worked for a roofing company and has hands-on experience with shingling sloped roofs, along with general roofing labour. We’re looking for someone eager to grow within the company and take on more responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities
Install and repair asphalt shingles on sloped roofs

Assist with tear-offs, prep, and underlayment

Identify and report roofing issues (leaks, damaged areas, etc.)

Use roofing hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean and organized worksite

Follow safety protocols, including proper use of fall protection

Occasionally assist on flat roof work as needed

Requirements
(shingling experience preferred)

Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather

Valid Working at Heights certification (or willing to obtain)

Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials

Valid G driver’s license required — must be able to pick up company vehicle from Ajax shop

Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

What We Offer
Competitive pay: $18–$29/hour, based on experience

Full-time hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday
