Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks, including flooring installation, drywall work, and masonry. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can read and interpret schematics and plans effectively. A commitment to quality workmanship and safety is essential.

Responsibilities

• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard.
• Perform flooring installation and tile laying as needed.
• Work on siding and roofing projects to ensure proper installation and durability.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
• Execute drywall installation and finishing tasks with precision.
• Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely during construction projects.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations on all job sites.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in flooring installation, tile laying, siding, roofing, drywall work, and masonry.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
