Construction Labourer – UBILD Technologies Inc.

We combine boots-on-the-ground building with smart tech to make hiring and managing skilled trades easier, faster, and more reliable. We’re growing fast and looking for a hardworking, reliable, and tech-friendly labourer to join our crew.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist on various residential construction projects (laneway homes, garden suites, renovations, etc.)
• Load, unload, and move materials and tools around job sites
• Clean and prepare sites by removing debris and hazards
• Set up and take down temporary structures (e.g., scaffolding, barriers)
• Support skilled trades (framing, drywall, masonry, etc.) with day-to-day tasks
• Follow instructions from site supervisors and project managers
• Use mobile tools/apps to log hours or complete safety forms (we’ll train you)

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year experience in residential construction preferred but not required
• Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, bending, and outdoor work
• Punctual, reliable, and a team player
• Bonus if you’re handy with tools or eager to learn a trade
• Comfortable using a smartphone or open to learning apps for job tracking
• G license and personal transportation is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
