Position Summary:

We're looking for a Landscape Foreman with hands-on experience operating hydraulic equipment, mini excavators, saws, tampers, and more. This is a leadership role for someone confident in running a job site, interpreting construction drawings, managing materials, and ensuring top-tier workmanship from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage residential landscaping projects on-site

Operate and maintain construction equipment (mini ex, tampers, saws, hydraulic tools)

Read and interpret landscape construction drawings

Oversee site logistics including material deliveries and usage

Drive a truck and trailer to and from sites as needed

Maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship

Coordinate and supervise skilled installers and laborers

Communicate clearly with the team and project managers to ensure timelines and design goals are met

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a landscape foreman or similar role

Strong knowledge of landscape construction practices and equipment

Comfortable managing a small crew and multiple tasks on-site

Valid driver’s license with experience driving trucks and trailers

Commitment to quality, detail, and on-site problem-solving

Reliable, punctual, and organized

Ability to start work by 7:00–7:30 AM daily

Support Structure: You’ll be supported by a team of skilled installers and general laborers to help execute the vision and keep the project on track.

Compensation:

$35-45/Hour

Competitive pay based on experience, with room for growth and leadership opportunities.

• Weekends as needed
