Location: Mississauga, ON (Projects across the GTA)
Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hardscape Foreman to lead a team of 3-4 crew members on a variety of residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hardscaping, experience operating machinery, and a track record of successfully managing job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of 3-4 workers on hardscaping projects
• Oversee the installation of fiberglass & vinyl pools, interlock, retaining walls, and wet-lay flagstone/tile
• Operate heavy machinery and ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret landscape designs, ensuring accurate execution
• Maintain job site organization, safety, and project timelines
• Communicate with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure smooth workflow
• Train and mentor crew members as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hardscape Foreman
• Proficient in pool installations, interlocking, retaining walls, and wet-lay flagstone/tile
• Experience operating machinery such as excavators, skid steers, and compactors
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and meet project deadlines
