Skilled Trim Carpenter – Residential Construction

Responsibilities:

• Installing baseboards, crown molding, doors, wainscoting, window casings, and other interior trim
• Ensuring all trim work is installed accurately and professionally
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and design plans
• Measuring, cutting, and fitting materials with precision
• Working independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
• Maintaining a clean and organized worksite

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years as a Trim Carpenter in residential or commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and installation techniques
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising on quality
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Reliable Transportation: Willingness to travel to Muskoka and Toronto for projects
