Employment Type: Full-Time, with a 3-Month Subcontractor Period

We are a dynamic and customer-focused painting company committed to delivering high-quality results and exceptional client experiences. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Summary:

The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality completion of painting jobs. The ideal candidate will excel in production management, sales, marketing, and administrative support. This role reports directly to the Managing Director and Founder.

Key Responsibilities: Production Management

  • Schedule customers and painters for projects.
  • Coordinate supplies, equipment, and daily site setups.
  • Perform daily quality checks on ongoing projects.
  • Maintain detailed notes and upload photos in the CRM.
  • Conduct final walkthroughs with painters and clients before closing jobs in the CRM.
  • Communicate progress during daily check-ins with the Managing Director.

Sales & Marketing

  • Upsell services to meet customer needs on all assigned projects.
  • Capture content (via phone camera) for social media and project documentation.
  • Strategically create social media content to enhance brand visibility.
  • Support trade shows and other marketing initiatives as required.

Administrative Support

  • Schedule jobs in Jobber CRM.
  • Maintain and update production planning in Excel.
  • Collect client payments and close jobs in Jobber CRM.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary, starting as a subcontractor with potential for a salaried position after 3 months.
  • Gas allowance of up to $80 per calendar week (receipts required).
  • Up to 3 oil changes reimbursed annually.
  • Eligibility for production-based bonuses, including annual bonuses and performance incentives.
  • Review Bonus for each Google or Homestars review obtained.
  • Flight bonus for significant contributions to award-winning incentives

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in production management, preferably in the painting or construction industry.
  • High school diploma is required; college education is preferred.
  • Own vehicle is required with the ability to transport ladders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel /Outlook
  • Ability to work camera's/microphones/ video recording equipment as needed for social media
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work occasional weekends for trade show support.
