Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various tasks related to concrete construction. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on-site.

Duties

• Operate hand tools and power tools effectively for concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing.
• Assist in the preparation of job sites by setting up forms and ensuring proper alignment for concrete pouring.
• Perform concrete finishing tasks including smoothing surfaces and applying sealants as needed.
• Operate heavy equipment as required for transporting materials and assisting in larger projects.
• Follow blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation of concrete structures.
• Engage in heavy lifting and moving of materials, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations throughout the project.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• 5 years plus experience- forming, pouring etc
• Proven experience in concrete labor or related construction fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation is essential.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics for installation purposes.
• Experience with drywall installation is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and improve skills in concrete forming and finishing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
