The Development Coordinator is responsible for the intake, communication, and project management of front-end web development engagements with customers. This role is part of the onBrand team, who is responsible for all custom branding and designs applied to the Uberflip product for both new, and existing customers.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage a queue of customer requests using Zendesk and JIRA
  • Ensure that tickets are accurately scoped and that the developer team has enough details to action requests
  • Coordinate with the Uberflip CX team and the customer to facilitate calls, as necessary
  • Manage communications with customers as their request moves through the workflow
  • When requests are completed, coordinate with the customer throughout the QA and UAT cycle and obtain sign-off for completed work
  • Manage ticket scope and change requests as necessary for in-flight work

What we're looking for:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Support, or Professional Services in a B2B or B2C environment
  • Experience with project management
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Knowledge of UI design practices and skills/experience interpreting mockups created using design software (E.g. Figma, Adobe XD)
  • Knowledge and understanding of front-end web development practices
  • Knowledge and understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
  • Troubleshooting and triage skills
  • Skillset includes most of the following technologies:
  • Web Technologies - HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Web Development Tools
  • Version control systems - GitHub, Git, etc
  • APIs and Infrastructure - Proxies and CDNs
  • JIRA workflows and reporting
  • Zendesk workflows
  • Marketing Automation tools - Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Hubspot, Mailchimp
  • NodeJS, ReactJS, RESTful API’s, AWS Microservices
