About the team

Turo is redefining car rental, and we're a CRM expert to help add to our growth.The CRM Lifecycle Marketing Manager will report to the Director, MarTech/CRM with a dotted line into the CRM Lead and will help grow our customer engagement and acquisition through our owned channels (email, app engagement, referral, loyalty / promos, etc.)

What you will do

  • Responsible for defining life-cycle strategy and devising tactics in line with strategy [20%]

  • Create customer journey flows and activate campaigns in MoEngage and follow-up with reporting, and communicating results to stakeholders [30%]

  • Work with the creative team to plan asset delivery for campaigns [20%]

  • Work with Data teams to help build out long-term reporting for CRM campaigns and experiments [15%]

  • Build and execute experimentation pipeline, iterate and enshrine tests as appropriate [15%]

  • Other duties as assigned

Your profile

  • Demonstrates Turo’s values through work product and within day to day team interactions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in reporting tools such as DOMO, Google Analytics and Tableau

  • Experience with CEP such as Braze, MoEngage, Iterable, etc.

  • Experience with lifecycle marketing, referral or loyalty programs

  • Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate initiatives.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Project planning and project management skills

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with different departments and role profiles.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or quantitative field required.

  • 3-5 years of experience required in CRM / Customer Engagement Marketing / Lifecycle Marketing.

Bonus if you have

  • Experience in marketplace or travel industry


For this role, the target base salary range in Toronto is $86,000-$107,000 annually. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits. In general, our ranges reflect the market-based target for new hire salaries based on the level and location of the role. Within the range, individual pay is determined by objective factors assessed during the application and interview process, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We encourage you to talk with your recruiter to learn more about the total compensation and benefits available for this role.

Turo highly values having employees working in-office to foster a collaborative work environment and company culture. This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Turists will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
