This could range from running digital ads to flyering to building landing pages, so you need to be comfortable and quick with picking up new things!
Improve conversion through the host lifecycle journey: You’ll work on optimising our host lifecycle strategy across email, SMS, push notifications and in-app messaging to get hosts to complete their first trip on Turo and grow their portfolio of cars.
Manage CRM engagement communications for guests and hosts: You’ll craft and oversee seasonal/ad-hoc communications to nurture and convert our guest and host community at key moments of the year and drive to defined business outcomes. This could include running broader promos, referral and incentive campaigns.
Grow our host asset library and publish host case studies: You’ll curate and expand our collection of host success stories, creating compelling case studies that showcase how top-performing hosts use Turo.
Analyse and report results: You’ll use data to monitor and measure the effectiveness of your campaigns, making data-driven decisions and regularly reporting on KPIs to optimise your work and inform your strategy.
