About the team

Turo is looking for a highly experienced Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications to join our growing IT org. As the Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications, you will be reporting to the Head of Enterprise IT & Security and will be leading efforts in defining and executing our enterprise architecture strategy for key platforms including Netsuite ERP, Coupa procurement, Salesforce CRM, and Workday HRIS. Additionally, you will own and drive our integrations strategy, utilizing platforms such as Workato to ensure seamless data flow and process automation across platforms. You will lead a team dedicated to Applications Portfolio Management and driving digital transformations, ensuring our technology investments align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

This position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and is required to work in a hybrid environment.

What you will do

  • Enterprise Architecture Strategy: Develop and maintain a cohesive enterprise architecture roadmap that supports business growth and scalability.

  • Platform Management: Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of business technology stack such as Netsuite ERP, Coupa procurement, Salesforce CRM, and Workday HRIS.

  • Applications Portfolio Management: Lead the team in managing the health of our applications portfolio, prioritizing projects, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their technology needs and priorities. Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for IT as a strategic business partner.

  • Leadership and Team Development: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Business Technology team. Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in enterprise applications management, with hands-on expertise in managing Netsuite ERP, Coupa procurement, Salesforce CRM, Workday HRIS and automation platforms (Workato, Mulesoft, etc.).

  • 5+ years of people management experience

  • Proven experience building and supporting SOX ITGC compliance.

  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization.

  • Experience in evangelizing IT as a business enabler and technology partner.

For this role, the target base salary range in San Francisco is $164,000-$205,000 annually. This role is also eligible for equity and the benefits described below. In general, our ranges reflect the market-based target for new hire salaries based on the level and location of the role. Within the range, individual pay is determined by objective factors assessed during the application and interview process, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
