We are building a robust network of supporting and stocking dealers, empowering end-users to purchase our innovative products at the retailer of their choice. In parallel, we are expanding a network of Trusted Installers who promote Trusscore to contractors, builders, and homeowners alike.

Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Consistently achieve and strive to exceed sales targets within your territory by proactively developing and managing a robust sales pipeline.
CRM Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in the use of Salesforce CRM to manage your territory effectively, track key metrics, identify opportunities, and provide visibility into performance for the broader team.
Market Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to expand the Trusscore footprint by onboarding new LBM customers and maximizing opportunities with existing accounts.
Distributor Training: Empower distributor sales teams with the tools and training needed to sell Trusscore products effectively.
Customer Development: Identify, target, and close key prospects while creating long-term partnerships with LBM dealers and two-step distributors.
Industry Engagement: Represent Trusscore at industry trade shows, distributor open houses, and contractor events to generate leads and build relationships.
Adaptability & Travel: Embrace significant travel, averaging 40-50% of your time per week, to immerse yourself in your territory and engage directly with retailers, contractors, distributors, and architects.What We’re Looking For:
Building Materials Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of outside sales experience selling to LBM dealers, commercial accounts, residential contractors, or one/two-step distribution channels.
Proven Results: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing a territory.
Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders at all levels.
CRM Proficiency: A proven ability to effectively utilize Salesforce CRM or similar tools as a critical driver of business, ensuring data accuracy, pipeline transparency, and actionable insights.
Growth Mindset: A track record of thriving in performance-driven environments, where exceeding goals is the standard.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with LBM retail and two-step distribution networks is an asset.
