  • Scaling Trusscore’s distribution footprint by building supporting locations within 25 miles of 90% of the population in North America.
  • Sales team is building a network of supporting and stocking dealers, so the end user will be able to purchase our products at the retailer of their choice
  • We are also growing a network of Trusted Installers that will also promote our products to building and homeowners

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales targets within the territory
  • Daily, ensure you operate with the Trusscore Way in mind, and this is reflected in your communications with customers, partners and team members
  • Develop and execute a market growth strategy within the existing customer base, with a focus on developing new LBM customers in the territory
  • Train and support distributor sales teams to help drive growth
  • Identify and close key prospects within a territory and set the sales team up to win
  • Become an expert in Trusscore’s selling process and on-boarding process
  • Use your expertise with Salesforce to understand
  • Attend industry/distributor related trade shows and open houses as required
  • Be willing and able to travel as needed

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience selling building materials to commercial, LBM dealers, residential, and one and two-step distribution channels. 4+ years of outside sales experience including new customer development
  • Proven track record of sales and leadership success
  • Superior communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a culture of performance excellence with a goal of exceeding goals.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Experience in selling major accounts through establishing senior-level relationships within strategic target companies. Knowledge of the LBM retail and two-step distribution network is an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing a CRM for sales pipeline to leverage sales
