Your Mission

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Trusscore, you will lead our marketing strategy and execution, ensuring the successful implementation of our go-to-market plans. You possess full-stack marketing experience, allowing you to think strategically while also being willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details. You have a keen understanding of what our customers want, the benefits our products deliver, and how to align our products' positioning, messaging, and branding. You will work across all stages of the buyer journey to build awareness and demand for our products. You will serve as the connection point between Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and our customers. Additionally, you will manage a team of two product marketers, guiding and developing their skills and careers. You are entrepreneurial and resourceful, data-driven, adaptable to change, and an excellent communicator.


  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen our product position within target market segments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, and other departments to drive key deliverables.
  • Understand and manage buyer personas and their buyer journey to inform marketing activities.
  • Identify and develop customer success stories and use cases to highlight the benefits and applications of our products.
  • Continuously research and gather feedback on marketing activities to improve performance.
  • Create and manage marketing materials to support new product and feature launches.
  • Support sales readiness and enablement activities—train sales teams on the problems we solve for buyers and end users, and develop internal tools and external collateral.
  • Lead inbound and outbound marketing activities to increase demand for our products, working with channel partners and the sales team to drive sales.
  • Develop content assets and communication strategies required to support product marketing.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.


  • At least 7 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a marketing team.
  • Strong ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage projects effectively.
  • Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, trustworthy, and entrepreneurial-minded.
  • Strong interest and willingness to learn about products and customer needs.
  • Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, including compelling presentation skills.
