Position Summary:
As Team Lead, Solutions Consulting (EMEA), you’ll lead a high-impact team of Solutions Consultants, including hands-on contribution in a player/coach capacity. You’ll serve as Trulioo’s evaluation leader for the EMEA region, driving improvements in our proof-of-value (PoV) and evaluation processes to increase win rates and efficiency. This role requires a blend of leadership, technical pre-sales expertise, and creative problem-solving to help the team demonstrate the full value of Trulioo’s identity verification solutions in innovative and scalable ways.
This is a full-time hybrid position based out of our Dublin City Centre office with three in-office days per week.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Lead & Coach: Manage, mentor, and develop two Solutions Consultants, balancing people leadership with hands-on deal engagement.
- Evaluation Strategy: Own and continuously refine the EMEA evaluation/PoV process — improving speed, consistency, and conversion rates.
- Hands-On Contribution: Participate directly in complex evaluations, solution design, and technical discovery.
- Innovation & Enablement: Empower the team to be self-sufficient and creative — building reusable tools, demo assets, and methodologies that showcase Trulioo’s value with minimal dependencies.
- Process Optimization: Introduce data-driven approaches and metrics to track PoV success, reduce friction, and streamline the buyer experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align technical strategy, gather feedback, and influence roadmap decisions.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the Solutions Consulting function across EMEA, championing best practices and sharing insights that elevate Trulioo’s go-to-market effectiveness.
You have:
- Experienced in technical pre-sales or solution consulting (5+ years), ideally in SaaS, RegTech, Identity, or Security.
- Proven team leadership or mentoring experience — comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on delivery.
- Technical fluency in APIs, integration, and architecture.
- Skilled at designing and executing PoVs that clearly demonstrate business value.
- A creative problem-solver, capable of thinking beyond standard approaches to deliver compelling solutions.
- Analytical mindset — driven by data, efficiency, and measurable impact.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate complex technology into simple value propositions.
- Motivated by autonomy, innovation, and the opportunity to shape process and practice across a region.
