Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic Revenue Operations (RevOps) team and help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. This is a full-time, permanent position based out of our Vancouver, BC office.

What you'll be doing:

Salesforce Development

  • Drive and contribute to projects that rely on Salesforce from technical discovery through delivery
  • In conjunction with Operations and other department partners, co-gather technical requirements, collaborate with the team to define solutions, build them, and train users
  • Partner with existing Salesforce Administrator to form a cohesive vision and strategy together
  • Drive the scalability of Salesforce as our team grows
  • Manage Salesforce profiles, roles, and haring settings to support our ~200 users
  • Improve user experience, solve technical issues, formulate creative solutions, ensure data cleanliness and data accuracy across the Salesforce instance

Business Process

  • Develop a deep understanding of various business unit processes
  • Understand, communicate, and effectively manage priorities, projects, and programs with key stakeholders
  • Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
  • Apply Salesforce knowledge to identify deficiencies across the platform, propose end-to-end solutions and guide strategic thinking
  • Comfort in owning and being responsible over core third party Sales/CS/SC integrations with Salesforce

You have:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Proven track record in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes via technology and integration
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com administration, including the use of custom and standard objects and advanced knowledge creating and upkeeping flows and triggers
  • Ability to understand and enforce Salesforce best practices while also understanding flows and how to build custom objects
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Additional nice to haves: experience with our broader GTM tech stack, including Marketo, Salesloft, Dealhub, Gong, and Lean Data

Please view the base salary range for this role below. The range listed is our expected compensation for the role. However, the pay offered may vary depending on a variety of factors including qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
