Position Summary:

Reporting to the VP, Revenue Marketing, the Events Marketing Manager will build and grow the sales pipeline through demand generation programs. You are responsible for partnering with cross functional team members including Marketing, Product, Sales and vendors to build and execute global in-person and online events including trade shows, conferences, webinars and more.

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented events professional to coordinate and manage logistics, build and deliver field communications, sales tools, complex deliverables and timelines of numerous events and webinars across the globe. The successful candidate has a track record of delivering a comprehensive trade show exhibition experience - from research and planning to on-site execution and post-event ROI measurement.

You’ll be working in a dynamic team of talented and collaborative marketers who thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy. The team leverages industry knowledge and insights to deliver effective, efficient and meaningful B2B marketing strategies and programs that support the company’s mission and business objectives.

The ideal candidate should be deeply passionate about the customer experience, excel in meticulous planning, and thrive in a collaborative environment with diverse marketing and sales teams.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for strategy and operations of global event delivery from research and contracting to post-event review, with a focus on creating ROI in net new and expansion pipeline
  • Identify and vet third-party events (in-person and digital) that match target accounts, verticals and Ideal Customer Profiles
  • Negotiate event pricing and contracts, and coordinate accounts payable and post-event expense reconciliation
  • Collaborate cross functionally with sales and marketing to develop the event strategy including sponsorship logistics, pre-show/webinar promotional campaigns, managing vendor relationships, planning onsite ancillary events, and overseeing post-event/webinar follow up
  • Elevate event brand experiences to leave a lasting impression on customers, target accounts and stakeholders
  • Own in-person, on-site event execution and operations including trade show presence and booth builds, customer and prospect events, and 1:1 account interactions
  • Manage the Trulioo global webinar program including speaker coordination, scheduling, software administration (Zoom), field communication, drive registration, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional team members to generate ideas to drive webinar registration and maximize audience engagement
  • Create workback schedules for live events and webinars, outlining expectations, deliverables and timelines
  • Support production of event promotional communications and marketing materials (website copy, landing pages, invitations, Jira tasks and Confluence)
  • Collaborate with Revenue Marketing Manager to develop and implement ABM strategy at live events and webinars
  • Accountable for performance analysis pre, during, and post-event to ensure maximum impact on pipeline and revenue
  • Lead and formalize post-event debriefs, reporting and implement insights in future events

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of third-party/industry tradeshow and event management experience
  • 2+ years of experience in international events
  • 2+ years of webinar management experience
  • Attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent demand gen programs
  • Ability to problem-solve in real-time and maintain composure in time-sensitive projects.
  • Experience with the B2B sales process and customer journey - accounts-based marketing experience a plus
  • A team-building approach to giving and receiving feedback
  • Ability to prioritize a variety of projects simultaneously
  • Data driven and ROI-focused
  • Experience with SFDC, Zoom Webinars, Confluence and Jira
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • The willingness to travel as needed
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) certification is a plus
