Overview:
TRIYO is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling to small and midsize financial institutions in North America. With a proven track record of success, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning
- Implement a comprehensive strategy alongside the C-Suite to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
- Identify target markets and establish sales objectives.
- Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue.
- Develop a healthy pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities, by identifying new prospects, creating sales proposals, and providing senior leadership into sales pitches to win new business.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at small and midsize financial institutions.
- Strong networker across relevant stakeholder base with the ability to listen, build and to effectively advance business opportunities and generate revenues
- Sales Operations
- Strong communication and influencing skills, should be a compelling presenter to senior client audiences
- Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities, track performance metrics, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
- Revenue management and P&L experience
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Work Experience: 5-7 years of sales experience, specifically in selling to small and midsize financial institutions in North America. Proven track record of leading large-scale business initiatives.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the financial services industry, including the challenges and needs of financial institutions.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills, specifically to small and midsize financial institutions in North America
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex (technological) information clearly and persuasively.
- Analytical Skills: Superior problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Previous Start-up Experience: able to work in fast-paced environment and be proactive
