Overview:

TRIYO is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling to small and midsize financial institutions in North America. With a proven track record of success, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning
  2. Implement a comprehensive strategy alongside the C-Suite to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
  3. Identify target markets and establish sales objectives.
  4. Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue.
  5. Develop a healthy pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities, by identifying new prospects, creating sales proposals, and providing senior leadership into sales pitches to win new business.
  6. Client Relationship Management
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at small and midsize financial institutions.
  8. Strong networker across relevant stakeholder base with the ability to listen, build and to effectively advance business opportunities and generate revenues
  9. Sales Operations
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, should be a compelling presenter to senior client audiences
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities, track performance metrics, and generate reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
  • Revenue management and P&L experience

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Work Experience: 5-7 years of sales experience, specifically in selling to small and midsize financial institutions in North America. Proven track record of leading large-scale business initiatives.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the financial services industry, including the challenges and needs of financial institutions.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills, specifically to small and midsize financial institutions in North America
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex (technological) information clearly and persuasively.
  • Analytical Skills: Superior problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Previous Start-up Experience: able to work in fast-paced environment and be proactive
