WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage complex technology projects at a tactical and strategic level
- Work with our product management and business development teams to determine the best solutions for client-driven and internal initiatives
- Work with a committed and passionate team of software engineers to architect, build, componentize, test and deploy best of class software products
- Leverage your experience in Agile, XP and lean methodologies to ensure nimble iterative development while meeting client expectations
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Minimum 5 years as a successful Technical Project Manager, ideally in a consulting, agency or professional services environment – we’re not looking for middle managers from large financial institutions; we’re looking for autonomous, hands-on, people-focused innovators who inspire loyalty and thrive in times of change
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodology – e.g. XP, scrum, Kanban – and some prior experience to traditional agency methodologies like PMI and SDLC
- Solid understanding of scoping, estimation and tracking processes, and a measurement-focus attitude toward project health and risks
- Ability to parse business requirements and understand strategic client priorities, ensuring that functional specifications capture appropriate nuance and products have a meaningful impact on end users
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with structured task management using online tools like Jira, ClickUp, Notion, Trello, etc.
- Self-motivated to take initiative and ownership of your work
- A user-centric mindset throughout the product development process, informed by experience in end user testing and iterative feedback loops
- Up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices, open to new tools and methodologies, and passionate about best practices

- An understanding of generative AI’s impact on the world of today and tomorrow
- Prior experience as a developer and/or a level of comfort with code, application architecture, database optimization, systems design, cloud implementations, application security and or hardware/IoT
- Experience as an entrepreneur, particularly in the SaaS world; we love people who’ve started their own ventures, big or small
- Early adopter of new technology and gadgets
