We’re excited to announce an opening for a key role on our team. We’re seeking a talented individual with a strong background in developing secure, mission-critical applications - and who is curious about how modern AI capabilities can augment backend services, automation pipelines, and developer workflows.
The ideal candidate will be skilled at driving innovation while ensuring the reliability and integrity of our core business functions, and is comfortable exploring how AI can accelerate delivery, reduce toil, and support decision-making.

Your Day-to-Day
- In this role, you will collaborate with a skilled team of software developers to design, scale, and deliver new features and services. Working closely with your Tech Lead, Product Manager, and Scrum Master, you’ll ensure efficient delivery and maintain a healthy team dynamic.
- We expect you to champion best practices in both design and coding, with a strong emphasis on quality, organization, automation, and the thoughtful use of AI-assisted tooling (e.g. code-gen, test scaffolding, API usage) where it improves velocity and consistency.
Your Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of back-end development experience
- Experience with modern PHP frameworks, preferably Symfony
- Experience with Yii Framework is a plus
- Experience building REST APIs
- Familiar with JSON Schemas, OpenAPI/Swagger, OAuth
- Comfortable with AWS services such as SQS and Lambdas
- Knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript is a plus
- Practical experience optimizing relational databases, preferably MySQL
- Experience writing tests (Unit, Integration and Functional tests)
- Experience working in an agile environment/squad
- Ability to lead by example, influencing and mentoring junior developers
- Good communicator - you understand your job goes beyond coding your tickets
