As a Senior Product Manager at Trackforce, you will be responsible for owning the product line roadmap, ensuring R&D resources are focused on high-impact initiatives, and driving successful product execution across the organization. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product design, architecture, and QA teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our customers' experience and support business growth.
This role requires fluency in both French and English, strong product and project management experience, and a proven ability to manage mature, established products while driving incremental value and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Roadmap & Strategy: Own the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, and align investments with company objectives.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Advocate for the optimal customer experience through empathy, data analysis, and direct customer engagement.
- Market Orientation: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to guide product direction.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, and GTM teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
- Business Acumen: Apply deep understanding of SaaS business models, GTM strategies, and financial metrics to product decisions.
- Technical Collaboration: Leverage a solid understanding of the technology platform to work effectively with technical teams.
- Project Execution: Manage complex product and project initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring on-time delivery of R&D milestones.
Key Requirements
- Languages: Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management, with a track record in mature product lifecycle management.
- Project Management Skills: Strong experience in project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple stakeholders.
- Tools Expertise: Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA, Pendo, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (or equivalents).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across technical and business teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- R&D Delivery: On-time completion of key product and project milestones.
- Business Impact: Measurable contributions to ARR, GRR, and NRR growth.
- Customer Outcomes: Improved user engagement, NPS, and product usage metrics.
