Key Responsibilities:
- Define and champion the roadmap for your area of the product, aligned with customer, market, regulatory, and business needs.
- Own the product lifecycle end-to-end—from ideation and design through development, launch, and go-to-market execution.
- Leverage data-driven decision-making and a strong understanding of business drivers and metrics for your product to continuously refine product/market fit.
- Build strong feedback loops with customers, users, and partners to identify pain points, unlock opportunities, and drive continuous innovation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and translate ideas into scalable solutions.
- Deeply understand customer pain points and develop clear, concise requirements and user stories to improve the product and delight customers
- Align and influence leadership across the organization through clear communication and strategic insight.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience in product management, including a proven track record of leading B2B SaaS product development and launches
- Demonstrated success in managing roadmaps and product backlogs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to define clear metrics and make data-informed product decisions.
- Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams in agile environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex concepts for executive audiences.
- Understanding modern product management principles and frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
- Proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative research and experimentation to validate hypotheses and optimize features.
- Domain expertise in physical security, guard force management, or adjacent industries.
- Experience building products that leverage AI/ML and big data analytics.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level B2B software design, scalability, and customer lifecycle.
