Role Overview:
The Revenue Operations Manager will be an integral member of our growing Revenue Operations team. You are highly analytical and process-driven, always looking for opportunities to drive efficiency and accuracy while partnering closely with your peers and team. You provide strategic, critical insights and provide support and drive operational excellence for our sales leaders and sales reps. You deeply understand that our path to scalability is ensuring we have repeatable and standardized processes.
Responsibilities:
Monitor sales performance and partner with GTM leadership to deliver objectives, creating and maintaining Sales KPIs, reporting, dashboards, forecasts and other performance trackers
Perform complex analytics, data modeling, and calculations related to sales commissions and sales incentives, accruals, projections, and effectiveness
Participate in and drive Sales Forecast calls, using data gathered to provide insight to GTM leadership and ensure we are proactively addressing areas of concern
Partner with Sales and Finance leadership on annual planning, capacity planning, quotas, budgeting, forecasting, territories, compensation models/plans, SPIFFs, etc.
Analyze historical data to provide sales insights regarding performance, attrition and hiring.
Develop, maintain, and optimize GTM operational processes such as Sales Prospecting tracking, Customer Segmentation, Sales Stages, Sales Methodology adoption
Partner with Sales Enablement to highlight opportunities for growth and support in end-user training and communications
Execute and enforce data excellence within salesforce and critical sales tools
Manage day-to-day ad-hoc data analysis, operational cadences, tool maintenance, and exception reporting
Develop written processes, policies, and operational playbooks to manage all sales compensation-related activities
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
5+ years in revenue operations or a similar function
Advanced skills in common B2B tech stack, such as SFDC, Excel/G-Sheets, Gong/Clari, etc.
An advanced understanding of B2B SaaS business metrics and KPIs
Proven excellence in leading and partnering cross-functionally with GTM teams (Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Customer Success)
Experience building and maintaining operational forecasts
Experience rolling out change programs in a revenue organization
High attention to detail and extreme ownership
Excellent story-telling skills and building out analytics packs
Nice to haves:
Experience with Sales Incentive Compensation
Tableau experience
DealHub experience
Sales process methodology expert (MEDDICC, Value Selling)
Experience in Value Engineering and building compelling ROI and Cost Benefit proposal decks
