Our technology provides physical security companies and corporations that employ guards with a single platform to manage their security workforce. We help improve response times, reduce administrative burdens, and lower costs.
Today, Trackforce Valiant + TrackTik serves 3,000+ clients in over 45 countries. We have over 350 employees with offices in Montreal, San Diego, Paris, and London. However, we embrace being remote-first!
Your Mission: As an Strategic Account Director, you'll be part of our enterprise sales initiatives, utilizing your vast experience and business savvy to acquire new clients, boost revenue, and broaden our market reach. This role is perfect for a dynamic individual who thrives in fast-paced settings and is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to clients.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Craft and implement robust sales strategies to surpass targets, with a focus on acquiring new clients and expanding market share in both existing and new business sectors.
  • Actively seek out new business prospects through targeted prospecting, networking, and lead generation, prioritizing large enterprise clients and strategic accounts.
  • Cultivate relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth within accounts, both in terms of products and geographical expansion.
  • Guide the entire sales process with a client-centered approach, employing solution-oriented strategies from initial contact through negotiation and closure to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
  • Showcase our cutting-edge security workforce management solutions to potential clients, effectively communicating their value proposition through online platforms and in-person meetings.
  • Utilize your industry expertise to qualify and convert sales opportunities, emphasizing the financial and operational benefits of our solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of accounts and opportunities in Salesforce for accurate forecasting and reporting to management.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of successful enterprise-level sales and strategic account management, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Proven ability to engage prospects and clients proactively, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of technology solution sales to large enterprises, including complex procurement and legal processes.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and C-level executives.
  • Driven by competition and results, with a passion for surpassing sales goals and driving business growth.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and company engagements.
  • Proficiency in English and French is required.
