In July 2022, Trackforce Valiant + TrackTik combined to form the world's largest physical security workforce management SaaS company. Our technology provides physical security companies and corporations that employ guards with a single platform to manage their security workforce. We help improve response times, reduce administrative burdens, and lower costs.
Today, Trackforce Valiant + TrackTik serves 3,000+ clients in over 45 countries. We have over 350 employees with offices in Montreal, San Diego, Paris, and London. However, we embrace being remote-first!
Your Mission
As the Business Development Manager, you will be part of our sales efforts within the UK market. Leveraging your expertise in sales strategies and in-depth knowledge of the SaaS landscape, you will drive new client acquisition, and revenue growth, build strong relationships with clients, and expand our market reach. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering innovative solutions to clients.
Your Day-to-Day
Develop and execute client-centric sales strategies or tactics with a hunter's mentality to identify leads, build value, and sell products, solutions, and services to exceed your sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead-generation activities.
Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through negotiation and closing, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
Introduce B2B prospects to our security workforce management solutions, create a great first impression, and present our SaaS solution via online platforms and occasional onsite client visits.
Maintain extensive account and opportunity details in Salesforce.
Leverage all cross-functional resources to achieve your quota.
Forecast and report revenue projections to management, delivering a predictable pipeline to drive forecast accuracy.
Your Skills & Experience
Experience in SaaS or other technology-related field
You have 4+ years of experience and enjoy proactively reaching out to prospects and clients.
You have a successful track record selling technology solutions directly to mid-market and large enterprise clients
You’re persuasive and have excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
You can effectively communicate with both technology-oriented and C-level executives and are comfortable articulating the technical and business value of our Security Management Workforce Platform
You’re highly competitive, ramp quickly, are extremely adaptive, and pride yourself on exceeding sales goals
Able to travel as needed to meet with prospects, attend industry events and company meetings
You speak English well (French and/or German are a strong asset)
You are tech-savvy and have a growth mindset
