The role of the Sales Enablement Specialist will be to continuously upskill all sales team members across the organization through a combination of proactively creating and enhancing sales processes, sales resources, sales technology, and sales training.
Core Responsibilities
Build a trusted relationship with Sales
Work directly with Sales Leaders to analyze particular business requirements and determine the learning strategies and appropriate delivery system for Sales team members – (Business Analyst Angle, Document Requirements, Build a Project Plan to Execute)
Act as a liaison between Sales, and all other Revenue Team departments (Marketing, Client Success, Professional Services, Support, Partnerships, Product)
Provide strategic training content, to educate the sales team and advance deals such as case studies, competitive information fact sheets, product collateral, and custom work.
Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at the point of need
Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices
Gather feedback from the sales team regularly to constantly improve sales enablement support programs
Partner with Revenue Operations to operationalize process and methodology updates
Identify, create, and present compelling learning and educational solutions to internal Go-to-Market teams (primarily Sales but could include Customer Success) that enable and accelerate the productivity and success of those teams
Support in building out a comprehensive sales playbook, including training material, policies, and processes for all areas of the sales organization.
Onboarding, Training & Development: help reduce ramp-up time, improve new hire retention and productivity.
Ensure work efficiencies throughout the Revenue Team are maintained and improved where possible and necessary, through a diligent structure and vigilance.
Working directly with the Strategic Revenue Team to facilitate quicker deal times and reduce redundancies in process.

Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years in Sales Enablement and/or Sales training
- Sales Operations experience is an asset
- Great communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders from different teams
- Ability to engage an audience and run effective enablement sessions
- Tech-savvy.
- Excellent English written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with French a plus.
- Previous experience in a SaaS company is an asset.
