In July 2022, Trackforce Valiant + TrackTik combined to form the world's largest physical security workforce management SaaS company. Our technology provides physical security companies and corporations that employ guards with a single platform to manage their security workforce. We help improve response times, reduce administrative burdens, and lower costs.
Today, Trackforce Valiant + TrackTik serves 3,000+ clients in over 45 countries. We have over 350 employees with offices in Montreal, San Diego, Paris, and London. However, we embrace being remote-first!
Your Mission
Provide a consultative sales approach to our clients and help perform up-sells, cross-sells, and help attain their business objectives. You can deep dive into the software, identify opportunities efficiently and you thrive on ambiguous targets. You love to communicate and connect with clients and efficient cold calling with an existing customer base is part of your skill set.
Your Day-to-day:
Upselling and expanding an existing client base for the SMB Market
Managing and developing a strong working relationship with a portfolio of customers.
Negotiating and renewing contracts with relevant stakeholders within the client base.
Organizing and leading key account meetings
Ensuring that sales objectives are achieved
Collaborating with the internal teams (Customer Success, Professional Services, Training, and Implementation)
Resolving issues and providing solutions to customers
Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities (Salesforce)
Providing timely and accurate forecasts
Communicating progress of quarterly, monthly, and yearly pipeline to stakeholders
Preparing quarterly portfolio account reports as requested by clients or supervisors
Your Skills and Experience:
A true hunter mentality and a willingness to conduct outreach and engage with our clients
Ability to work and communicate with sales leaders, consulting teams, and marketing groups effectively
Facilitate resources necessary to further the sales cycle such as Solution Consultants, Customer Services, Marketing
Provide timely and accurate information to management such as forecasting, territory plans, business objectives
Two to three years of sales and/or customer account management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
