We are building an ecommerce solution that allows dealers to sell their products online through their own store—with same-day delivery so they can boost store loyalty and scale their business. By uniting builders and dealers through technology we’re enabling them to be more efficient; improving productivity across the industry.
Our e-commerce solution makes it easy for suppliers to quickly get their catalogs online. Making it easy for builders to order and receive the materials they need to finish projects on-time and on-budget.

TOOLBX is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team in Montreal. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with our current partners, both in person and over the phone. We are looking for a candidate who is bilingual and resides in the Montreal area, with a strong background in sales and account management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with current partners, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with partners to understand their evolving needs and ensure their satisfaction with TOOLBX's services.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell TOOLBX's products and services to existing partners, driving revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner interactions and sales activities in the company CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position TOOLBX's offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance, partner feedback, and market insights to the management team.
- Fluency in both English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with partners.
- A results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to effectively upsell and cross-sell to partners.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using it to manage and track sales activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-driven and proactive approach.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of the construction or building supply industry would be a strong asset.
- A valid driver's license and the willingness to travel within the Montreal and Quebec City areas as needed.
