We are on the hunt for a proactive and strategic B2B Sales and Marketing Campaign Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit who excels in written communication. This role involves significant content creation, including writing blog posts, developing campaign ideas, and crafting pitches. Your main duty will be to design and execute B2B campaigns that successfully explore and secure new market opportunities. This role offers the unique chance to work with prestigious companies and brands in the fast-paced domains of gaming and consumer technology. You will liaise with multiple teams within our organization, such as marketing, global sales operations, and engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective B2B digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Use analytics tools to track the performance of campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively converted into sales.
  • Manage marketing budget effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization.
  • Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results.
  • Produce high-quality written content, including blog posts, campaign ideas, and pitches, to support marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Work with PR agencies and other communities to expand brand reach.

Key Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, with proven experience in B2B marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement successful marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to convert leads into sales.
  • Passion for consumer electronics technology, gaming, AR/VR, tech trends.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of data analysis procedures and statistical analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal, team management and communication skills, with a professional and proactive work ethic.

Must Have:

  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada, with the ability to travel as necessary.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong technical skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM software), with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to company policies and maintaining confidentiality.
